Astral Alaska Pumps

Astral Alaska Plus Single phase pumps.

These are fantastic pumps from Astral, providing great performance and reliability that you can depend on. The BSP thread on both unions gives a super tight seal.

These have a plastic pump body, containing a large strainer basket with a clear perspex lid so you can easily see when this needs emptying. Supplied with a lid tool to remove the large nut holding on the lid, making these very easy to keep clean.

The dimensions of the wet-end of the Alaska pumps is the same as the Victoria and Victoria Plus ranges of pumps, BUT please note that the union threads are different. The Alaska pump uses a finer BSP V-shaped thread (as opposed to the square cut thread of a Victoria plus pump).

We include new unions with each pump, but if you are changing from a different make and model to fit an Alaska pump we will happily include 2 glue sockets and pipe to help you with the change - please tell us when you order.
